I just wanted to let you know that Keith Talbert and his staff (Bob, Shane, and there may have been others) did a superb job helping our Credit Union resolve a problem with going live at our new Greenville Branch.  A new T-1 line and circuit was installed and there were problems making the connection to our server in RTP.  Keith worked long (even up to 9:30 p.m. last evening) and hard with our telecommunications person here in RTP to find a solution.  There were many conflicting messages from the three telephone carriers as to what was happening (of course all the info was routed through MCI).  Keith's perseverance resulted in our Credit Union computer system making the connection with our server around 1:30 p.m. today.  Kudos to Keith and staff for a job well done!

Thank you for your fine staff and support group from customer service all the way to hardware services.  We really appreciate the job IntegraSys does for us.

There are so many more great IntegraSys employees.  I hope management understands that the only reason credit unions like Upper Cumberland Federal Credit Union use IntegraSys is because of the IntegraSys staff.  There are many data processors who practically offer the same thing, it's the staff and the service that can set a higher standard.
