Internet Backup Solution

The Internet Backup Solution provides Charlotte credit union customers with emergency recovery of system availability in the event of general network outages.  Network outages occur as a result of local area disasters, cuts in fiber optic cables, power problems, telephone software, switching units and other devices as well as common human error.  On average, a typical local network outage lasts from two to six hours.  A major disaster could impact could impact your business for many days.  Although no one predict when these problems will occur, the Internet Backup Solution can help dramatically reduce the time and degree to which this downtime affects your business and your customer relationships.     

COFI (Computer Output for Internet)

COFI offers low-cost, Internet based report distribution. This service offers quick access to the credit union's reports with search capabilities to efficiently get to the exact data desired. Another service is to store reports and statements on CD for access and archival purposes.

EXEC Reporting

EXEC is the complete, user-friendly solution to management reporting needs. EXEC offers credit unions the flexibility to develop a variety of reports related to their membership database.

Audio Response

Audio Response gives your members immediate access to their accounts through a Touch Tone telephone from any location, virtually 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Not only is this feature convenient for the member, but your credit union will realize the advantage of reduced teller activity, which will save you money and increase productivity.

Mail Services

The Mail Service is designed to streamline the statement processing function by cutting cost, maximizing statement delivery time and allowing the credit union staff more time with their membership. Charlotte Mail Service currently is mailing over 4 million members annually.

Frame Relay

A Frame Relay network is a meshed network of switches - which means that any station can talk to any other station. If a fiber cut occurs, with Frame Relay the network will automatically seek out alternate routing so that service continues uninterrupted. Frame Relay provides the backbone for the network of your credit union's future. 

Virtual Branch®.

Virtual Branch is a consumer financial services application that allows consumers to initiate financial activity, utilize electronic bill payment, and access other financial tools. Virtual Branch has been in the marketplace since 1994 and is used by approximately 350 community banks and credit unions. IntegraSys provides the following Virtual Branch products and services:

  • Home Banking: Allows consumers to perform account inquiries, transfers, loan payments and advances, and more.
  • Bill Payment: Eliminates manual bill paying with customized merchant lists, schedules recurring and advance payments, and provides online payment histories.
  • Wireless: Permits banking and bill payment via wireless devices such as cellular phones or PDAs.
  • Lending: Allows consumers to submit loan applications and receive an instant pre-approval decision via the Internet, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  • Links: Provides authenticated Web access to services endorsed by the credit union, including, but not limited to, check-imaging providers and check-reordering services.
  • Statement Presentment: Gives credit unions an immediately available way to reach consumers electronically and to deliver statements and messages via the Internet. Consumers are provided better access to their financial information while the institution reduces its print and distribution costs. Fourteen months of statements are provided online, and e-mail notifications are delivered when new statements become available.

 

WISDOM Financial Management Suite.

WISDOM is an integrated line of back office management software that delivers solutions for credit unions to use in managing their asset, liability, and investment portfolios. WISDOM includes:

  • Asset Liability Management (ALM): Provides for current and historical information reporting, regulatory compliance, and board reporting, as well as budgeting, modeling, and income simulation.
  • Investment Portfolio Management: Provides a complete investment and tracking system, and prepares the SFAS 115 and NCUA Part 703, Investment and Deposit Activities reports.
  • WISDOM Accounting: Comprehensive accounting package using a flexible chart of accounts. Includes accounting programs and reports for general ledger, fixed assets, pre-paid expenses, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and charge-off loan tracking.

 

 

End-to-End Lending Solutions.

  • Virtual Branch Lending is a hosted solution that provides secure, 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week, Internet access to electronic loan applications specific to your credit union. Virtual Branch Lending effectively expands the loan department’s hours of operation by allowing applicants to access and submit institution, and product-specific loan applications at a time and place convenient to them.
  • Loan Advantage is an ASP loan origination solution designed to provide institutions of all sizes with access to the tools and data needed to process loan applications, make lending decisions, print documents, and book loans. The system provides secure, anytime-anywhere access through the Internet with no network or special software required. Institutions enjoy an easy-to-use, browser-based application that manages the loan department’s workflow. Loan Advantage includes its own document-preparation engine that produces electronic loan documents and supports secure delivery of those documents to applicants through its Secure Public Viewer feature. Loan Advantage also acts as a file server and centralized storage facility for the loan applications. When processing is complete, the information is then passed to the institution’s host system to automatically create and fund the loan.
  • Lending Manager is a fully customizable loan origination alternative. Because lending practices vary by credit union, Lending Manager’s client/server environment supports customizable access to tools and data so that credit unions desiring ultimate flexibility can design the screens, processes, and documents needed to process loan applications, request credit bureau reports, make lending decisions, book loans and print documents. Lending Manager is available in a scalable delivery format based on the resources and hardware needs of each credit union.
  • Total Credit Response offers credit unions a decisioning engine with access to all major credit bureaus. When integrated with Virtual Branch Lending, Lending Manager, or Loan Advantage, the credit union can define a judgmental decision process to be applied against submitted applications in order to provide applicants or loan officers with an instant pre-approval and risk-based pricing decision at the time of submission.
