Charlotte is a service bureau system that delivers online, real-time service to credit unions. The Charlotte system includes all of the components required for basic credit union operations, such as teller and member service processing for shares, share draft, loans, certificates, IRAs, and other member account activities. Back office is supported by a fully integrated general ledger, as well as batch processing for share draft, payroll, ACH, EFT, periodic account transfers, and dividends. Charlotte’s integrated SellStation Teller platform with online help and easy-to-use transaction dialogs facilitates teller activity and training.
